The new Isla 40 by Fountaine Pajot is the successor to the already widely appreciated Lucia 40. It is born from the restyling of the latter which updates but without distorting it. Distinctive features are the two reverse bows which immediately give it a more modern and racing image.
Life on deck takes place on three levels, in addition to the lowest one of the beach area at the stern of the two hulls. The first is that of the cockpit, in perfect continuity with that of the lounge thus creating a large single space between the interior and exterior of the catamaran. To move towards the bow you go up two steps and thus arrive at the bow area where there is a large sunpad that can comfortably accommodate three people and the net between the hulls, from which to enjoy the sun or the view of the water flowing while sailing.
To starboard of the cockpit, in an elevated position, is the large helm wheel served by a comfortable armchair for the Skipper and a passenger to whom all the controls for managing the boat's equipment useful for sailing and motor navigation are sent.
Inside, the restyling has made the interiors even more elegant by alternating light and white surfaces and using resin with a lacquered effect. The brightness is exceptional and the view extends 360° even from inside the lounge, where a window on the deckhouse also allows you to see a glimpse of the sky from inside.
The sofa is arranged in a C shape thanks to the inclusion of the chaise longue and the equipped kitchen looks towards the cockpit.
